Backlinks is what Google uses to determine how much authority should be given to your websites. By having high quality links from other peoples real estate related websites give your website instant authority and greatly influence your search engine ranking.
The key is to get links from friends that you work with in the real estate industry.
You will be surprised by how many of your friends will have no problem adding a link to your website just knowing that they are helping out a friend in need.
A few good links can be all that it takes to help your current website skyrocket to the top of the search engine results for your target keywords. I will be going over more keyword finding techniques in future emails, but for now lets just stick to the primary keywords.
Since most of my clients are in San Diego, I target ‘San Diego Appraiser’ and ‘San Diego Appraisal’. You should target similar phrases as well and have the keywords as the link title instead of your company name.
For example, I would request a link like this one:
San Diego Appraiser – Immediate appraisal services by Appraise All 858-232-3348
You can get even more posts by have a similar link in your signature for forum and blog posts. If you leave a comment on the internet, try to get your link to show up with your primary keywords as the title of your link.
You have to ask to get them, and the worst thing that can happen is that they say no. So give it a try, you will definitely see your website traffic increase as your climb the search engine results ladder.
