Appraiser Marketing System – Another Appraisal Management Company

posted in Appraiser Marketing |

This week I have another Appraisal Management Company that I work with. Of course when I first started working with them they had the best fees, most realistic turn around times and had more than enough work to keep me busy.

Their fees may vary from area to area, but they still keep me busy and call whenever they have very complex assignments that they need help with. I am not sure of all the areas they cover, but they are a decent one and you should make sure to sign up to work with them. If you are not happy with their fees, you always have the option to counter offer. I use this all the time and get about 50% of my requests approved.

PCV Murcor offers a full range of valuation products nationwide on all types of property for the purpose of loan origination, loss mitigation, REO, PMI Removal, portfolio valuation and litigation.

This company has been good to me IN THE PAST and is listed in the top 40 companies on my Appraisal Management Company Directory because of the fees they pay on my counter offers and complex assignments. If you don’t have my list by now, you must not be interested in AMC work. I can totally understand that. They are sometimes difficult to work with.

But if you want more appraisal management work, then go and buy the list right now: http://appraiserincome.com/shop/catalogue.php . Don’t put it off any longer. I guarantee my list will get you more appraisals. I offer a 100% money back guarantee (that I have never used) if you feel you have not received work because of the list.

If you want work, and I mean A LOT of work, go through the entire list. Make it your new job.

You never know if company #112 just happens to have the most work in your area with the best fees. Hire a fast typist that is a friend or relative to do it for you. The first 10 will be a pain, but they are all pretty standard once you get the hang of it.

If you want more information on the directory, visit http://www.appraisalmanagementcompanies.org.

You get the updated version emailed to you on every update. Updates usually go out a few times a year. I also email you new companies that sign up and of course the Annual updated version with the latest list of companies that are currently sending me the most work.

Let me know how your coming with this, please leave a comment below.

I didn’t say PCV Murcor has the best fees, I said they were one of my first AMCs I worked with, and at the time they did have great fees. I know this because I made over $50k from this one AMC when I was first working for them. I agree they now have some of the worst fees but from time to time I do do appraisals from them for not less than $300 and upwards to $700 on complex assignments. All their fees are negotiable and you can counter offer on all of them. They are still in my top list of Appraisal management companies because of this. I would suggest you give them a try.

I agree with jerzy, PCV Murcor was a good mgmt company with a reasonable fee, it used to be 300, but these days they send all orders at $200 (in Washington State, where fees are 450), so since they offer a low ball fee now, I would NOT put them in my Top Mngmt Companies (that makes no sense, as we want a reasonable fee).

I have a question…I am thinking of trying your list. Since you call and signup with all the companies on your list, does your list do the following:

1- list a fee or range of fees for a 1004?

2- list states they assign work in?

3- specify those who do FHA?

any other details, perhaps a screenshot, would be appreciated

I know what you are saying about PCVMurcor going down the tubes. But I get plenty of counter offers over $500. They totally suck by offering $200 an appraisal, but that is just the way it is right now. DON’T ACCEPT THEM! Lol.

    Regarding your questions.

    1. I don’t list fees as they used to vary by region and complexity, etc… but now they change monthly, so I can’t keep that updated.
    2. They are all attempting to go national, so it changes frequently and they don’t share that much info anymore.
    3. No FHA info

It primarily has the contact, link to sign up page, etc… The top 40 send me the most work and are primarily national.

Sorry I can’t get more detailed than that! But I have never had an appraiser ask for a refund and receive emails frequently about how it improved their business. Thanks!

I worked with PVC for ten years. During the “Snowmogeddon” in the Washington DC area, I a had to change the inspection date.

Because of that, they dropped me from their list!

I tried to appeal, wasted time.
They are located in California, I get it.
They want alot……….and pay as little as possible.

    Good luck with them!!
