Appraiser Marketing System – Google Adwords

On an earlier email I went through some information on using Google Adwords to get traffic to your website. The good thing about Google Adwords is that you get targeted traffic and great search results if you do not have a top ranking website yet. You can get top ranking with minimal billing by selecting targeted keywords that your customers are searching for.

You create your ads – make them targeted and make sure to put your phone # in the Ad.

You create ads and choose keywords, which are words or phrases related to your business.

Your ads appear on Google – Bid accordingly. I wouldn’t bid more than $1.00 per click.

When people search on Google using one of your keywords, your ad may appear next to the search results. Now you’re advertising to an audience that’s already interested in you.

You attract customers

People can simply click your ad to make a purchase or learn more about you.

You will probably want to turn off the display / content network since customers are not likely to use your services when they are not specifically search for appraisal services.

Do not use terms like


You must target your keywords like:

San Diego Appraiser
San Diego Appraisers
San Diego Appraisal
San Diego Appraisals
and more keywords starting with CITYNAME and ending with appraisal or appraiser.
