Director of Review Services
The Director of Review Services will build off of the Axis current review process to integrate the latest technologies and data to provide the most accurate review products and services as well as to build a team of review appraisers to support this growing division within Axis. The ideal candidate will possess many of the experiences and qualifications listed below:
· Work experience directly for a lender or national AMC that included reconciling multiple appraisals or reviews and a direct understanding of collateral risk challenges.
· 5 years minimum of licensed-appraisal work experience, preferably in multiple states.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· A systems thinker who can organize and support an effective review division.
· A cutting-edge appraiser who is knowledgeable and connected to the latest technologies and strategies for accurate and efficient valuations.
· Preferred location is our Tempe, AZ location though other locations will be considered for the ideal candidate.
Director of Technology:
Axis is hiring an IT director to support our multiple platform integrations, provide cutting-edge technology leadership and education, implement technology tools to support a highly cohesive corporate culture that spans multiple locations. Implement and refine best practices with XML, data integrity, privacy, and security. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of both hardware and software and experience in database architecture. Must be willing to work from either our Tempe, AZ or San Rafael, CA location.
Staff Appraiser Manager:
The Staff Appraiser Manager will manage and further develop a team of Axis staff appraisers who will complete full appraisals in key metropolitan markets throughout the US. The ideal candidate will possess many of the experiences and qualifications listed below:
· Work experience directly for a large appraisal office or national AMC that included managing and compensating staff appraisers in multiple locations.
· 5 years minimum of licensed-appraisal work experience, preferably in multiple states.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· A systems thinker who can organize and support an effective review division.
· A cutting-edge appraiser who is knowledgeable and connected to the latest technologies and strategies for accurate and efficient valuations.
· Must be willing to work from either our Tempe, AZ or San Rafael, CA location.
QC Appraisers:
Our team of Quality Control Appraisers communicates with and supports our Panel Appraisers throughout the US and assures that each submitted report is credible, well-explained, and meets USPAP, GSE, HUD requirements. It is a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative group looking for new members who love the profession of appraising. Excellent communication, organization and understanding of appraisal practice is critical. May be located throughout the United States.
Staff Appraisers:
Want to create a consistent work schedule that includes paid time off, stable volume, health and E&O insurance, and ongoing collegial support? Consider field appraising directly as part of the Axis team. Axis is now hiring in select metropolitan areas throughout the country.
Review Appraisers:
Want to create a consistent work schedule that includes paid time off, stable volume, health and E&O insurance, and ongoing collegial support? Consider a Standard 3 review appraising position as part of the Axis team. Axis is now hiring in select metropolitan areas throughout the country. The ideal candidate will have worked in a review position previously and hold multiple state licensing and experience. May be located throughout the United States.
Office Manager for Tempe, Arizona
The Office Manager for the Tempe, AZ branch will be responsible for HR, office staffing, and accounting needs for this branch, though working in concert with the Executive Team at Corporate Office. The ideal candidate will have five years managerial experience, preferably in lending, apprising, or real estate, work well with others, and possess a BA degree in business, HR, finance, or a related field.
Axis Panel Appraisers:
Axis is adding to its network of independent fee appraisers. Our team benefits from: non-bid work with a transparent fee schedule and excellent fee splits; a QC process that includes collegial dialogue and support with staff appraisers; and participation in a professional community. You must be certified, have a minimum of five years of appraising experience, have excellent communication skills, and love the appraising profession.
