DartAppraisal.com needs more REO appraisers

DartAppraisal.com is proud to announce one of the largest endeavors in our 17-year history. HomeTelos has chosen our firm as their appraisal services provider for the newly awarded U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) single family residential portfolio.

The new contract with HomeTelos covers REO appraisals across 25 states and three territories, marking a sizable increase in HUD REO coverage for our firm. We have included a recent Yahoo Finance news article for your information below.

In the coming months, DartAppraisal.com will be seeking additional certified, HUD-approved appraisers to join our national appraiser panel.
