I have been approved with NVS for several years and have never been sent an offer for an appraisal assignment. Management companies will run up we need appraisers adds just to fill up their roster and bounce fees off all of us.

I am a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker located in Greeley, CO. I have been appraising single family homes, commercial properties and farms and ranches in the State of Colorado for the last 15 years. I am always looking for additional work in inspecting properties. I am currently using ACI appraisal software, a multi listing service, a digital camera, high speed internet and I am very efficient in working with a computer and computer programs of Microsoft. I travel all over the northern half of Colorado doing my work.

I was referred to your company to apply for a fee appraiser position. However on your web-site I need a post card #. I cover Pierce/King Counties in Washington State. I have been an appraiser 20+ years.
    Thank you,
    Kathy

I worked for Nations Valuation in the past, early HVCC. In that mad scramble to figure out how to keep afloat while the dust settled.
They always paid in a timley manner and I would be happy to work with them again however, last June they asked for updated reasonable and customary fee contracts at the bottom they ask to sign stating the fee is the customary fee for the area. I had been “discounting” my fee so was happy to see they were going to be HVCC compliant. They did not send work my way after the update.
Two weeks ago they called with a full fee order which I accepted, got a comfirmation email with the full fee then 2 follow up emails came with the fee cut in half for no reason. I reject the new fee and had the order cancelled.
